The Capital Fund of Saratoga County is pleased to have the following Equestrian professionals as part of our management team for this year's Saratoga Springs Horse Show:
Jay Mullen, his wife Fifi, and his children Tanner and Kensey have owned and operated Birchwood Farm in Hopkinton, Massachusetts for over 20 years. Jay and Fifi have trained horses in the hunter, jumper and equitation divisions from the local to national level competitions, including such prestigious horse shows as Devon, Capital Challenge, and Pennsylvania National.
Jay has been part of the Saratoga staff for over 20 years. Jay also manages the Norfolk Hunt Horse Show, which was winner of the USEF Heritage Award, one of only seventeen horse shows in the nation to receive this award. Norfolk Hunt Horse Show was also voted USHJA Member Choice Award for 2012.
Jay is currently an active USEF official holding “R” credentials as a Hunter, Hunt Seat Equitation and Jumper judge. Jay also has a “R” Hunter Course Designer license as well as a USEF Steward and Certified Schooling Supervisor. In addition to his USEF credentials he is also licensed with the AQHA as a judge.
One of the highlights of Jays judging career was judging the Million Dollar Grand Prix in Thermal, CA the winter of 2013.

Office Manager / Show Secretary
Harmony has been a Horse Show Secretary for over 15 years and has been a part of the Saratoga Show for since 2008. Her first horse show experience began with HITS, working the circuits in Ocala, Saugerties, and Culpeper.
Over the past several years, she has spent her time working at various shows throughout the East Coast, including the Vermont Summer Festival, Gulf Coast Winter Classic, and the Brownland Farm Shows to name a few.
When she is not traveling to shows, Harmony lives in Hudson, New York.
